Athlete Registration Athlete Registration Paragraph Pyr & Hide – Sunday Games & Events Participation Waiver Participant Acknowledgment and Release of Liability By participating in any event, activity, challenge, or physical undertaking hosted by Pyr & Hide (hereafter “the Organizer”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Age Confirmation I confirm that I am 10 years of age or older, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of a participant aged 10 to 17 and grant full permission for their participation. Assumption of Risk I understand that the activities involved in Pyr & Hide Sunday Games & Events may include physical exertion, potential hazards, uneven terrain, outdoor exposure, and other risks inherent to adventure-style challenges. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in these events. Personal Responsibility I agree to take full accountability for my own safety and actions. I understand that participation is entirely voluntary and that I am responsible for judging my own physical and mental limits. I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by event organizers or facilitators. Release of Liability I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Pyr & Hide, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, partners, and property associates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising from or related to my participation. Medical Emergencies In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek medical assistance on my behalf and agree to be responsible for any resulting costs. Media Release I grant permission for photographs, video, or recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional or educational purposes by Pyr & Hide.
